Youneeq AI provides web-based services to other businesses (Clients) to improve the overall relevance of their web applications. These services are recommendations, advertisements, analytics and personalization. Youneeq AI and its Clients are commonly referred to below as we or us.

Information we collect and how we use it:
When you access our services via a browser, application or other client, Youneeq AI servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.

Youneeq AI processes information on servers in the United States of America, Canada and in other countries. In some cases, information collected by Youneeq AI is also processed outside your own country.
Your choice to opt out

While Youneeq AI will always do its best to adhere to the principles and policies in the country you live in, sometimes this is not possible. Youneeq AI is required to conform to the US Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement, and Safe Harbor Policies.
Youneeq AI regularly reviews its compliance in view of this Directive. If formal written complaints is received, it is Youneeq AI policy to in a timely fashion contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. Youneeq AI will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of data that cannot be resolved between Youneeq AI and an individual. Youneeq AI compliance and ongoing certifications with regards to Safe Harbor Privacy Principles will be posted on the Youneeq AI website.
